You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, comply with applicable law, and conduct independent due diligence on any other user.

Capital Seekers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted project information, for compliance with applicable law, and for independent evaluation of any potential funder.

Capital Funders are responsible for the accuracy of stated criteria, for compliance with applicable law (including fair lending and fair housing laws), and for independent evaluation of any potential project.

Use of the platform does not guarantee funding, approval, response, terms, repayment, profit, or project success.

The platform does not provide legal, tax, lending, securities, broker-dealer, investment, underwriting, financial, or accounting advice.

Nothing on the platform constitutes an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or promotion of any security or investment product.

The platform does not accept, hold, transfer, pool, custody, escrow, or transmit funds between users.

Users retain ownership of submitted content. Users grant the platform a limited license to host, display, and process content as necessary to operate criteria-based matching and administrative review.

Payments processed through the platform are for platform access, technology services, project submission, administrative review, subscriptions, and listing visibility only. The platform does not process funding transactions between users.
